18 years ago, on a lark, on April 1st no less, I signed up online at Universal Life Church to legally become a Minister, able to officiate weddings, funerals and other events...
And then I laughed it off & forgot about it.
But I never really truly forgot.
It was always with me in the back of my mind, nagging at me...
"Maybe I should do something with that. Maybe I should be a real Minister. But I'm not religious. I'm spiritual, a new ager, an occultist an asetian. I can't be a Minister!"
Yet, there it was. I was legally a Minister and had been ever since I signed that online document.
The paperwork went through on April 2, 1998 and has been official ever since.
I even ordered the paperwork to prove it awhile back, just for fun.
But I did nothing with it because I'm not a church goer! I'm not a believer in any religion!
But I am very spiritual and have specialized in occult and new age studies for over two decades.
So, this is me announcing to the world that I am a Minister, non-denominational and non-religious but very spiritual.
I am putting myself out there as willing to officiate any and all alternative, weird and odd ceremonies your little wicked imaginations can come up with!
Especially would love to be part of fantasy / scifi themed weddings...
Or anything to do with that new tv show Lucifer...
And if I have to pick my favorite religious person, I pick Father Jude! (Yes, Rob Lowe)
